“The program of the building is developed around its flexibility and the relationship between exterior and interior spaces, designed and inspired by people and by different ways of inhabiting. These spaces are, in turn, mediated by vegetation that envelops the structure—another distinctive feature of the project. In this way, the balconies and perimeter terraces repeated in each unit extend and strengthen the connection between being outside and being inside.

Based on these premises, fifty-four housing units were designed across nine levels, with the top two floors incorporating setbacks, along with two basement levels for parking. This configuration frees the entire ground floor for use as a gastronomic venue that, responding to its context, brings public space into its interior and establishes a relationship with the neighborhood”.
